This is a fake. It is a shopping mall. But it harkens to the nostalgic feeling of Christmas and all that. Although it is a mall it employs the principals of good urbanism: stores built to the street, built close together, rail transit, no cars. Also, again a tree outside that is decorated. A tip of the hat to the pedestrian. Decoration not just for consumers, but someone just walking around!
